APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your procedure appointment to fill out the consent to application of the permanent make up procedure and the before taken pictures. Late arrivals will result in shortened appointment.
In order to reserve your schedule appointment, we require a $50 dollars deposit which will be applied to the cost of the permanent make up procedure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charge of the $50 dollars deposit. No refunds will be made.

Permanent Makeup.
